Megan did a superb job! From helping me remodel to marketing my condo to negotiating the sale. She found the repairman, helped me pick out vanities, fixtures, flooring, and paint. Her associate, Marcus, was there to accept deliveries and even helped me take down my antique cuckoo clock when it came time to negotiate with the buyer, Megan really showed her expertise and my condo sold for $45000 over the listing price. I'm sure there are many other things I could mention. This is my last move but I wouldn't hesitate to use Megan again!
